The founders of 1st Treasure Chara Centers are committed to improving the healthcare system through education and training. The CEO, a recipient of the Georgia Health Care Association Leadership of Excellence Award, is a registered nurse with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice. With 30 years of administrative nursing experience, she excels in instructional design, long-term operational planning, project management, consultative support, risk management, and program development.
The Vice President of Operations is a registered nurse with a bachelor’s degree and a certified CPR instructor with experience in medical-surgical nursing. Together, they have created a unique learning approach that fosters intrinsic motivation for positive outcomes. The results of which have led to employee empowerment, job satisfaction, and better customer service experiences.
Our classroom and clinical instructors are well-educated, experienced, proficient, and deeply caring. Each instructor is dedicated to the success of our students, providing a nurturing and supportive learning environment.
